Imagine if your parents and siblings refused to share with you: You would not be able to eat their food, ride in their cars, or play their video games. It would be awful! But good family members look out for each other. They form a community — a group of people who care about each other and share what they have. As a Church, Jesus calls us to be a family. That is what Jesus meant when he said, “Love one another as I have loved you” (Jn 15:12) and prayed, saying: “Holy Father, protect them in your name that you have given me, so that they may be one, as we are one” (Jn 17:11). In this lesson, we are going to learn how to grow together through the Divine Liturgy.
